Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Preparation notice. The operating company and commercial arrangements are being finalised. These draft website terms are for review. Company identity, contact information and the terms for paid products and courses must be completed before sales launch.

A place to learn

The Human Mind Academy offers educational materials and opportunities to reflect on human behaviour. Use the website respectfully and in accordance with applicable law. Information about individual resources, access and formats appears with those resources.

Education and personal meaning

THMA offers education and reflection about human behaviour. Our pages and resources do not provide diagnosis, clinical treatment, or personalised mental health advice. Where an experience needs professional support, learning can sit alongside that support.

THMA makes room for both evidence and personal meaning. Scientific explanations are presented as explanations we can examine; spiritual language is an optional way to reflect on experience. Neither a spiritual belief nor a rejection of spirituality is required to belong here. Shadow work refers here to reflective exploration, not a clinical method or a promise of healing.

Materials cannot promise a particular personal, health, professional or financial outcome. Interpret examples in context. Do not use educational descriptions to diagnose yourself or another person.

Accounts and responsible use

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or submit unlawful, threatening or infringing material. Age requirements and any parental authorisation rules will be specified before services for minors launch.

Materials and intellectual property

THMA materials and third party content remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Unless a resource states a different licence, it is offered for your personal learning. Do not redistribute, resell or publish protected materials without permission. Nothing here removes rights or exceptions granted by law.

Courses, purchases and cancellations

Paid services are not yet configured for launch. Before a purchase, THMA must supply the seller’s identity, total price, access or delivery information, cancellation and refund conditions, and applicable statutory rights. Live course changes and cancellation arrangements must be stated with the booking. Digital content supplied immediately requires any legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights. These draft website terms do not waive consumer rights or replace the terms supplied at checkout.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to present educational explanations carefully and update materials when appropriate. Content and website features may change. External links are provided for reference and have their own terms and privacy practices. Any limitation of responsibility must remain subject to mandatory law, including consumer protections.

Questions and updates

Use the Contact page for questions about the website or a resource. We will complete these terms with the operating company’s details and publish material updates clearly. The final version will explain applicable law and dispute handling without restricting mandatory rights.
